Therapy helps one understand themselves and other people. When we hold negative thoughts in without processing them, they become ingrained so that we see the world through that lens – and we make lots of assumptions that may or may not be true.

My goal as a therapist is to find solutions that work for you on an individual basis, helping you to discover the true potential of your life. Together we explore how to find comfort and resolve in the difficult areas of your life, and the challenges you have to face. Through various techniques we will work to figure out what behaviors and/or thoughts might be holding you back from living your best life, and finding meaning in everyday situations.

Having provided counseling over the last 15 years, I understand that individuals are entrusting me to give them the appropriate resources and guidance, towards a new perspective, so they can move onto a new path and achieve their own goals. A simple explanation of my approach is to listen, learn, and guide. A healthy balance of those three things are what allows me to effectively assist. I take pride in using my own experience and resources to help people really start off on the right foot on that path.
